Why use this tool

DukPdf’s Organize PDF tool is a full page management suite — reorder, rotate, delete, and insert pages in one interface. All operations run in your browser, so the file never leaves your device. For simpler workflows, use the focused tools: Rearrange Pages (just reordering), Remove Pages (just deleting), or Rotate PDF (just rotating). For a step-by-step guide, see our organize PDF guide.

Organize PDF — questions

What’s the difference between Organize and Rearrange Pages?

Organize is a full toolkit: reorder, rotate, delete, AND insert pages in one interface. Rearrange Pages is simpler — just drag-and-drop reordering with no other operations. Use Organize when you need multiple page operations, Rearrange when you only need to reorder.

Is the file uploaded during organization?

No. All reordering, rotation, deletion, and insertion happen in your browser. Open DevTools → Network tab while organizing — zero upload requests.

Can I undo changes?

Yes. The editor has a full undo/redo history. Every operation is reversible until you click “Save” to finalize the changes.

Can I rotate only specific pages?

Yes. Click the rotate icon on any individual page thumbnail. You can rotate some pages clockwise and others counter-clockwise as needed.

Will bookmarks and links be preserved?

Bookmarks and links pointing to moved pages are updated automatically. Bookmarks to deleted pages are removed. Links to other pages in the document are kept but may point to the new page number.

What page sizes are supported for inserted pages?

A4 and US Letter. The blank page matches the size you choose in the tool. Existing pages are not resized — only the new blank pages follow your choice.
